Kymber Lovett-Menkiti

As President of Sales, Kymber has built a dedicated and passionate team of real estate professionals who assist Menkiti Group clients in meeting their real estate goals. Under Kymber’s leadership, the MG Residential Sales Team has assisted over 1,000 first-time homebuyers and has brokered the sale of over $1 billion in residential real estate. The Residential Sales Team has been recognized internationally as among the Top 50 teams within the Keller Williams franchise as measured by sales volume. Kymber is a member of The Menkiti Group’s Executive Leadership Team and is also the Regional Director for the Keller Williams Maryland/District of Columbia region of real estate affiliates. Kymber currently serves as President-Elect on the 2019 DCAR Executive Committee and on the Crittenton Services Board of Directors. Kymber holds a GRI designation in real estate and also earned two Masters Degrees in Social Work and Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College. She previously served as the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) Rookie Committee Chair and as a member of the Keller Williams Capital Properties Agent Leadership Council. Anthony Mason

Virginia Gergoff

Virginia joined The Menkiti Group as a part-time agent in 2004 and transitioned full time in 2014 as a Listing Specialist. She works primarily with sellers and developers in bringing properties to the market and maximizing the net value for sellers. Virginia also has specialized training in international property sales. Prior to this, Virginia was the Director of Global Initiatives for the Institute of International Education. In this capacity, Virginia oversaw the academic assessment portfolio as well as the higher education fairs organized through IIE’s international offices. Virginia also worked very closely with companies and foundations on program development opportunities for international students. Prior to joining IIE she was Managing Director for International Programs at The Washington Center. Her duties included expanding TWC’s reach into new markets and overseeing the quality of the international programs. Fluent in Spanish and English, Virginia has over 15 years of experience on strategic planning, fundraising, international partnerships, program development, assessment and evaluation, financial budgeting, and marketing. She holds an MBA in International Business from Bentley College in Massachusetts, and a BS in Economics from the Catholic University in Venezuela, recognized as one of the top students of her class at both institutions. Virginia received Honors from the Graduate Honor Societies: “Beta Gamma Sigma”, “Alpha Epsilon Lambda” and the “Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities” award. In Venezuela, she was chosen in the top 5% students’ nation-wide to receive a Scholarship from the Venezuelan Government to pursue graduate studies abroad. During her last year of studies in Caracas she was also selected as one of the top students from all the economics schools in Venezuela. Virginia lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and two sons.

Jennifer Frewer

Jennifer joined the MG Residential team in 2015. She is a tireless advocate for her clients and works hard to ensure that their needs are met to the highest of standards. A native of San Diego, Jennifer has lived and worked in Washington, D.C. for nearly 20 years, and uses her extensive knowledge of the area to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it is finding a home or purchasing an investment property. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Jennifer spent more than 10 years with a nationally recognized law firm. As a member of the firm’s communications practice, Jennifer led contract negotiations for the deployment of a $20 million wireless network in Central America. She also represented numerous clients before state and federal government agencies. Fluent in Spanish, Jennifer also spent seven years with the Organization of American States (OAS) before graduating from law school. During her time at the OAS, Jennifer organized and managed international cooperation projects between countries in the Andean and Amazon regions. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her law degree from the American University Washington College of Law. Jennifer serves as a volunteer attorney with the Tahirih Justice Center and is an active member of the Inspired Families Association of the Inspired Teaching School. John Strock

Following 15 years in the non-profit sector serving the construction industry, John joined the MG Residential Team in June of 2016 as a Buyer Specialist. A proud Army brat, John understands the challenges and the fun of moving and settling into a new home. He strives to help clients find the right home or investment, in the right place, at the right time and for the right price. Having lived in the DC Metro area for more than 25 years, he knows the market and area well and is licensed in both DC and VA. John received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute and currently serves on the local alumni board of directors. He is also an avid ice hockey player and enjoys supporting all DC sports teams. He lives in the Ravenwood Park neighborhood of Falls Church, VA with his wife, their son and their dog.

Daniel Walcott

Daniel joins the MG Residential Team as a Buyer Specialist who serves his clients with diligence, passion, and creativity to provide win-win results. His experience from working in sales, marketing, and business development has given him the ability to clearly communicate the home-buying process with his clients. A proud Bison, Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Entrepreneurship. One of his goals is to help organize a Howard University Real Estate Club to connect students to all aspects of the real estate industry through property tours, speaking events, and workshops. When he is not assisting buyers, you may find Daniel at Langdon Elementary School volunteering as a Scoutmaster with the local cub scout troop. An Eagle Scout himself, Daniel seeks to provide his cub scouts with exciting and meaningful activities that help encourage leadership and character development. Daniel can be found buried in a book or checking out new music when he’s all caught up on his favorite Netflix series. Also an avid bike rider, you can catch Daniel riding around the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington D.C. where he resides.

Lauren Eastlack


Lauren recently joined the award-winning MG Residential team after being an educator in DCPS for 9 years. Her interest in real estate piqued after purchasing her first two properties and then subsequently attaining her DC real estate license. Lauren’s commitment to her client has been to utilize her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and Master’s from American University, coupled with her extensive teaching background, to educate and simplify buyers on the entire real estate planning and transaction process. Having grown up in Northern Virginia and living in the District for the past decade, Lauren has proclaimed herself as an avid DC sports-fan and loves living in the Brookland neighborhood, with her husband and black lab. In her spare time, she’s a foster volunteer with the Labrador Retriever Club of the Potomac and currently serves as the Secretary of the Friends of Langdon Dog Park.

Martin Weldon

One of the first residential agents to team with Bo and Kymber Menkiti, Martin Weldon is the Director of Coaching and Business Development for The Menkiti Group and plays an integrated role in the residential, development, and commercial business units. Over the past ten years, Martin has been instrumental in helping to lead the award-winning MG Residential sales team to achieve over $1 billion dollars in total closed sales volume. Martin began his career as a top-performing buyer’s agent, then as the leader of the Buyer Division, and is now working as a coach and director mentor for the team’s sales agents and expansion partners. In his current role, Martin also serves as The Menkiti Group’s ambassador, promoting growth and business development, as the team expands its neighborhood impact model around the country. In 2015 Martin was recognized with the I.A.M. award, which honors a member of the enterprise for extraordinary dedication and commitment to the growth and success of the organization. Prior to real estate, Martin had a successful career in the restaurant industry serving as the General Manager of the iconic Georgia Brown’s restaurant in Washington D.C. A former KW MAPS Coach, Martin has mentored and advised scores of agents around the country in growing solid sales businesses based on the models of the MREA and remains extremely active in the real estate industry as well as in his community. He is a five-time Agent Leadership Council member in the KW Capital Properties Capitol Hill market center and serves on the boards for the Woodridge Warriors Youth Organization and for WINNERS Lacrosse. Shulisa Collins

Design & Marketing Coordinator


Shulisa Collins joins the MG Residential Sales Team as our new Design & Marketing Coordinator. A Howard University graduate, Shulisa holds a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Graphic Design and an Associate of Arts in Visual Communication. Interestingly enough, Shulisa’s very first internship was with The Menkiti Group in 2016, and she immediately fell in love with the culture, environment, and people. Continual self-development is one Shulisa’s ambitions and after conclusion of her internship, she went on to work freelance graphic design jobs, pursue additional internships at companies such as Monumental Sports & Entertainment, and then landed a full-time position as a Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant for the Amphora Group, a thriving local landmark in Virginia. With her work at Amphora, Shulisa’s marketing knowledge was expanded with a focus on content creation, social media management, analytics reporting, email marketing campaigns, digital and print marketing, print production, development and maintenance of websites, as well as coordination of events and seasonal campaigns. With a passion and interest in real estate, Shulisa is excited to join The Menkiti Group and is committed to the visual enhancement of design and marketing for the MG Residential Sales Team.

Asher is one of the latest additions to the team, acting as our Operations Support Specialist. He is a native of New Jersey, that is also a licensed Keller Williams agent. With a background in financial operations and sales, Asher brings a comprehensive approach to the team to ensure the success of our agents. From creating and executing operating procedures to engaging with clients of all needs, Asher and the operations team work relentlessly to enhance and streamline the real estate experience for internal and external clients. Asher has a passion for helping others succeed at their goals and dreams and he works to support our agents in their success. With over 14 years of real estate experience, LaToya most recently served as the Long & Foster Regional Transaction Coordinator, overseeing nine offices and assisting agents and their businesses with transaction and marketing support. LaToya leverages KW technology to grow and drive transaction services so that Agent Entrepreneurs can effectively help more families achieve their dreams of homeownership.
