On Wednesday, February 5th, MG Residential had the privilege of attending the 2nd Annual Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP) Agent Excellence Awards. With many agents, teams, and groups in the midst, the ceremony was a way for KWCP leadership to celebrate the growth and accomplishments of all agents for the 2019 year. 


We are proud to announce that MG Residential was recognized as a runner up for closing the most units in 2019. Last year we had the honor of helping 193 individuals and families to achieve their real estate goals. As a result, we closed over $88.2 million in sales volume. It is a privilege to be able to share our gifts with our community and neighbors to help others achieve the goal of homeownership. This past Saturday, we had the privilege of hosting our first seminar of 2020. One of our elite buyer specialists, Daniel Walcott, alongside Brian Washington of PrimeLending and Katie Griffin of KVS Title, facilitated an awesome event that left our guests more knowledgeable and comfortable with the home buying process.
