One thing you should note from the presentation is that real estate investing is not a “get rich quick scheme", instead it’s about getting the best possible return for your money. This can include purchasing homes to use as rental properties or purchasing with the intent to renovate the home for resale. One key component in the process is having your own team of experts prior to investing. Your team should consist of a real estate agent, lender, inspector, stager, contractor, and property management team.
