Buying and Selling During COVID-19
This past week, we had the privilege of facilitating a two-part seminar on How to Buy and Sell During COVID-19. We understand the severity of the Coronavirus pandemic that we are facing, yet we want to ensure that your real estate goals do not go in vain. As a result, Anthony Mason, Managing Director, and Lashika Mason, Director of Sales for MG Residential, tag-teamed to facilitate a webinar on safe practices and steps to purchasing and selling your home at this time.
While many people believe that the shelter in place orders have affected the housing market, real estate has actually been deemed essential. Instead of physical contact, MG Residential has moved towards virtual options. Some of our options include virtual home tours, which are included with all listings, virtual buyer, seller, and investor consultations, as well as virtual open houses. For clients that are looking to see properties in person, we also have set forth safety precautions which include requiring masks, gloves, and shoe covers for visits, as well as limiting the amount of guests to no more than three people at a time, including the agent. In addition, each guest must remain 6 feet apart at all times. In conjunction with our safety precautions, we are also working with our preferred title companies to ensure that our clients are safe during closings.
If you are interested in more information or signing up for a one-on-one consultation, feel free to contact us at ContactUs@MGResidential.com or 202.750.8000.
